By telephone or on site in Dortmund. We clarify the specialist group, software, your biggest uncertainties and whether we are the right partner.

Data & order

Analysis
We check the agreed quarter or the decision and highlight potential and risks.

Joint appointment with the relevant people in the practice. Open questions are decided and to-dos are prioritized.

Implementation & subsequent quarters
Your team implements. We remain available to answer any questions and can provide support in subsequent quarters or fine-tune specific issues.
